Description
This simulator has been designed to facilitate the development of ultrasound guided nerve block skills. It has been specifically constructed to allow for repeated injection of fluid and for the observation and understanding of the characteristics of intraneural needle placement (excess syringe pressure).
“The MiniSim worked very well for actual injection simulation. Imaging the target structures, injectate, and simulating a high pressure injection to trigger a safety mechanism halting the injection were excellent. Nothing is as good as the real thing, but this is the next best option.”

INTERNAL LANDMARKS Nerve
EXTERNAL LANDMARKS: Not applicable
INJECTION CHARACTERISTICS
Tissue: <5 PSI for fluid flow to occur.
Intraneural: >20 PSI for fluid flow to occur
Cost Effective
MiniSim’s design, durability, ease of set-up, use, and storage make it the most cost-effective regional block training simulator available.
