Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Order processing typically takes 1 business day. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped that day, or within 48 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We ship domestically using UPS. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping via USPS on orders over $100. You can see if your order qualifies by using the Shipping Fee Calculator in the shopping cart. Free shipping transit time will take 3 to 7 business days and will include tracking and insurance.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from AL Medical Supply. We ship internationally with DHL Express Mail for a flat rate of $50. All brokerage fees are included, however, AL Medical Supply is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods – these are payable by the recipient upon delivery. We ship the items fully insured and listed at full retail value. DHL Express Mail generally takes 2 to 5 business days, not including any customs delays. If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns

Web returns are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of order delivery. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, soaps and skin care are final sale and are not eligible for return. Any further questions can be directed to mike@almedicalsupply.com

Return Address

{{ADDRESS}} Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being done (exchange, store credit or refund). Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. AL Medical Supply will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the AL Medical Supply returns office. If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. The customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items. Our products are sold in as-is condition. Medical products, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. If an item purchased from AL Medical Supply incurs damage, please return it to us. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our team, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.
